Adult Fitness

Our fitness program offers a diverse curriculum incorporating cardio kickboxing, kettlebell training, circuit training, and yoga.   Workouts are taught by our Black Belt staff of qualified martial artists and fitness experts.  While getting a great workout, you are learning  proper techniques and gaining a basic concept of self defense.   You'll improve your cardio conditioning, build strength, and increase flexibility while reducing stress. Each of our fitness programs are designed to meet you where you are; classes are scaleable to any and every fitness level. We strive to create a comfortable environment for all. Registration is ongoing and classes are held year round. Try your first week for free.

Cardio Kickboxing
Our cardio kickboxing classes provide a fun mix of skill drills, combinations and heavy bag work to improve your cardiovascular endurance and build strength. Class content rotates to maintain variation while encorporating real martial arts skills and techniques.   
Circuit Training
This class will improve muscle strength and increase your overall fitness level. We combine cardio intervals with a mixture of kettlebell and body weight strength exercises to maximize fitness results. This fun and fast moving circuit will you keep you coming back for more!
